Love the list Niko, I remember putting together something similar in 2014 when I was learning what Synthetic Biology was - but this is far more comprehensive.

The only addition off the top of my head is in the biocontainment area, where I think you need a piece on engineered kill switches. Finn Stirling's work is the one that jumps to mind; https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5812007/

I'm a little bit surprised you don't have a protein engineering section, but that's a whole field.
